In December 2013, I moved to Osaka (Japan). The decision was a little impromptu and the first step I took in becoming the contemporary nomad that I am. This was my first time traveling to South East Asia and I honestly did not know what to expect. All I knew was that I was going to start working as an English teacher for GABA.Somehow I found myself collecting toys while wandering about Osaka. The collection has been catalogued in poster form, accompanied by short stories, poems and recountings.

Special thanks to Silvia Ratzersdorfer, Graeme McNee, Akiko Takashima, Rita Morais and Sylvie Barbier for their written submissions in response to the collection.
